Blossom honey stirred - Reblandhonig Honey Beekeeping Baden-Baden

Blossom honey stirred

Flavour: Sweet-sweet, mildly aromatic

Consistency: Fine creamy, evenly spreadable honey

Also ideal for longer storage, as the consistency of the honey does not change. The honey appears firm in the jar, but always remains wonderfully spreadable. Ideal if you always prefer the same honey consistency.

Chestnut honey - Reblandhonig Honey Beekeeping Baden-Baden

Chestnut Honey

Flavour: strongly tart. This year with a unique caramel flavour.

Colour: amber, reddish brown

Connoisseurs greatly appreciate the reddish-brown colour of sweet chestnut honey. This honey is a noble and powerful experience, with a very authentic flavour. The aroma and flavour is reminiscent of caramel and has a long, tart finish. Chestnut honey has a high fructose content. It therefore crystallises very slowly or not at all. It is also ideal for longer, liquid storage.

Lindenhonig / Linden honey - Reblandhonig Honey Beekeeping Baden-Baden

Lindenhonig / Linden honey

Flavour: Intensely spicy and delicately minty

Colour: light yellow, with a slight green tinge

The bees extract Linden honey from the flowers of the Linden tree (Tilia) and from the honeydew of the aphids. This year, the proportion of honeydew is particularly high.
In medicine, Linden honey has an increased anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect.

Blossom honey - Reblandhonig Honey Beekeeping Baden-Baden

Blossom honey

Flavour: Sweet-sweet, mildly fruity

Colour: Amber, dark yellow

The honey from the spring blossoms of the meadows and fruit trees here in the region has a particularly sweet, lovely and pleasant flavour. As spring honey has a higher glucose content, it tends to crystallise more quickly. It should be consumed quickly and not stored in a cool place. Information on storage...

You are welcome to come by and buy it at the honey stand on the street (Blumenweg 2, Neuweier).

It goes without saying that the honey is extracted cold.
It is not heated so that the valuable ingredients are preserved.
